Our PET Recycling Process
Our PET recycling system follows a strict quality-controlled workflow. Are you a business, collector, or organization interested in PET recycling? Vickhen Plastics welcomes partnerships across the plastic value chain—from waste collection and processing to raw material supply and export logistics
PET Bottle Collection
We work with community partners, waste collectors, and aggregation centers to gather used PET bottles and caps.
Sorting and Cleaning
Collected materials are sorted by type and color, then thoroughly washed to remove labels, residue, and impurities
Shredding and Processing
Cleaned PET plastics are shredded into flakes. These flakes are dried and further processed into recycled PET (rPET) materials used for industrial applications such as textiles, packaging, and new plastic products.
Export & Supply
We supply rPET to both local manufacturers and international buyers, contributing to the global circular economy
